Description
The nose has sensations of ripe red fruit such as cherry and black cherry, and floral notes reminiscent of violet and rose.
The taste is intense, and the great softness makes it smooth with pleasant fruity sensations. The tannic texture is barely hinted at and gives pleasant balsamic sensations at the end.
To be served at an 18° temperature and combined with cured meats, first course meat plates and seasonal vegetables, exquisite with grilled meats. Also great at a lower temperature of 14° to combine with fish with red base such as Tuscan “cacciucco” or starters in general.
