Description
It has a fruity, cherry, black cherry, violet flowers and a slightly toasted and balsamic perfume to the nose. The taste is intense, soft, harmonious, rich in fruity sensation with a silky tannic texture that gives persistence and longevity to the wine.
To be served at an 18°C temperature and combined with cured meats, first course meat plates and seasonal vegetables, exquisite with grilled meats. Also great at a lower temperature of 14°C to combine with fish with red base such as Tuscan “cacciucco” or starters in general.
